The Resort
This fresh, new development consists of 6 tiny homes and 201 RV spaces in an access-controlled RV resort with full water and sewer connections, hard-wired fiber internet, and electricity hookups. Large drive lanes of 30 feet and 32 feet wide allow for easy maneuvering. Select spaces will feature large, private yards and covered parking.
The clubhouse is 4,300 SF and features 6 individual restrooms with showers, a fitness center, an arcade room, a business center, a resident lounge, and community kitchen, and a laundry room. Outdoor amenities include a pool with tanning shelves, a “beer garden” with picnic tables, a fire pit, yard games and grills, a pond with a perimeter walking trail, a dog wash, a putting green, a playground, and rental storage units. Other amenities include golf cart rentals and reserved parking spaces – both regular and oversized.
Location
The Waller population has grown by nearly 50% in the last 10 years. Job growth and industrial development in the surrounding area has been the biggest promoter of population growth. The Waller market is booming, and Jetstream RV Resort is right in the middle of the growth. An additional 16% growth within a 3-mile radius of the site is projected within five years. Additionally, we are located just 40 miles from downtown Houston, which opens up the door to endless employment possibilities and opportunities for our residents.
The proximity to the Highway 290 / Highway 99 (Grand Parkway) interchange provides convenient access to several freeways and employment centers around the Houston metro making Waller more attractive to a future workforce. Jetstream RV Resort is strategically located on FM 362 which connects Highway 290 to the north and I-10 to the south. FM 362 is poised for growth as Waller and Brookshire continue to expand.
The location provides convenient access to employment, recreation, and shopping. This site is near the Daikin Texas Technology Park which opened in 2017. With a footprint of 4.23 million square feet, the Daikin Texas Technology Park is one of the largest factories in the United States.
Cancellation policy
While we hope you never need to cancel, we understand that things do come up….
Jetstream RV Resort at Waller’s cancellation policy is related the time frame between the cancellation date your anticipated arrival date, regardless of when the reservation was made. Please understand we do not give refunds for situations beyond our control (weather, natural disasters, illness), however, can issue a credit per the cancellation guidelines below.
NIGHTLY/WEEKLY RV SITES
For guests with stays shorter than 30 nights (“short-term guests”)
- (i) cancellations may be made for a full refund of your deposit, Less $20, up to the date that is 14 days or more prior to your scheduled check-in date,
- (ii) cancellations made after the date that is 13 days prior to your scheduled check-in date, but prior to arrival, will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to all required deposits previously paid, and
- (iii) no refunds will be given for any cancellation following your check-in date. All refunds will be made in the same form of payment used to secure the reservation.
Holidays require a 30-day notice.
VACATION RENTAL/TINY HOMES
For guests with stays shorter than 30 nights (“short-term guests”)
